I hold an MBA with Summa Cum Laude honors from the Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI) in Washington, D.C., where I am also certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt professional. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, from which I graduated Cum Laude. Before that, I achieved an Associate of Science degree with Magna Cum Laude honors, specializing in Advertising and Public Relations. I am proud to have been awarded the prestigious Gaebe Entrepreneurship Four-Year Scholarship at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI.

My Experience
Originally hailing from the heart of Wisconsin, I currently call it my home base when I'm not on the move. With a lifestyle that often keeps me on the road, I spend as much as three weeks each month dedicated to team development, partner acquisition, and strategic planning as the CEO or CCO of multiple food and agriculture start-ups and high-growth enterprises, I've fine-tuned my skills in business scaling, strategic partnership development, and cultivating effective teamwork.
My leadership has spearheaded transformative growth strategies through extensive cross-functional collaboration, resulting in annual revenues and valuations reaching the hundreds of millions, creating substantial shareholder value. More recently, I've directed my focus toward nature-based carbon projects and soil health, with a commitment to regenerative agriculture, rewarding growers and companies for sustainable practices while reducing carbon footprints. My decades with large CPG companies are coming back together as they improve their supply chain carbon intensity scores through Scope 3 project management. My track record includes overseeing teams of 50 to 100 employees, managing entire profit and loss statements, and aiding growth companies in securing over $100 million in investment funding.
These diverse experiences have significantly shaped my career and expertise, spanning various industries, from agriculture, food, livestock, and biotech. Business development and team leadership are the core of my focus. This rich background allows me to bring a unique and invaluable perspective to every role and organization I collaborate with.
